Nice to meet you
ABOUT ME
Welcome! I'm honored that you've landed on my page. I wanted to share a little bit about myself. After years in business management, I made a life-altering pivot into the world of therapy — a decision rooted in both personal struggle and spiritual calling. My journey wasn’t linear. During university, I faced a period of deep emotional turmoil that left me feeling lost and disconnected. It was an incredible therapist who helped me navigate that darkness, offering not just tools for healing but a model of compassion and clarity that stayed with me long after our sessions ended. That experience planted a seed.
As I grew professionally, I realized that my true passion wasn’t in profit margins or corporate strategy — it was in helping people heal, reconnect with their faith, and find meaning through adversity. Islam has always been a guiding force in my life, and I’ve carved out a therapeutic space that honors both psychological insight and spiritual depth. Today, I work with individuals to strengthen their iman, work through present-day challenges, and gently unpack the weight of past trauma. My approach is rooted in empathy, evidence-based practice, and a deep respect for the transformative power of faith.
